His Lordship Justice Rtn Asaph Ruhinda was the principal Speaker on a special fellowship and public lecture symposium on Wednesday 22nd February, 2023 in activities to honor the Late Rtn PP. PAG Councel Charlie Tumwesigye. This event was organised by the Rotary Club of Bushenyi and took place at Uganda Technical College Bushenyi Auditorium Hall.
